Cave Navigation with Pictures:

Try to click in the middle of the red numbers for best results.  It is usually best to save before trying sharp turns, as they involve the greatest risk of a slight misclick killing you.  The red arrow (^) is an indication that you should automatically move when you reach this area, if not, move a bit more to see if that triggers it.  The red star (*) is an indiction of where you should arrive after reaching an automatic move location.
